Delete your Bitash account

In the app

1. Open Bitash and go to Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type your @username to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email support@bitash.app from any address, with your @username and the phone number you sign in with. We text that number a code to make sure the request is yours, then delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

Before you delete

• Finish or cancel any open trade.
• Send your USDT out first. An account that still has a balance can’t be deleted.

What is removed

• Your @username and picture.
• Your phone number and sign-in, on every phone.
• Your payout accounts and notification tokens.
• If your account was in good standing, the name from your ID check.

What is kept

Trade records, ratings, reports, disputes and the messages you sent in groups stay, shown as a deleted account, because the other traders and the law need them. See our privacy policy for more.

You can sign up again later with the same number, as a new account.
